Last term, our young singers performed three times on BBC Radio, reaching an audience of millions.
On Wednesday 2 November, Leeds Cathedral Choir sang Choral Vespers live on BBC Radio 3; on Sunday 4 December, Bradford Catholic Youth Choir sang for BBC Radio 4 Sunday Worship; and on 24 December, Leeds Cathedral Choir sang Midnight Mass on Radio 4.
All of the young participants began their musical journey years ago in our whole-class primary singing sessions, before being given the opportunity to pursue music beyond the classroom in one of our 19 after-school choirs.
