Diocese of Leeds Music has been committed to transforming lives through music since 2003. Over almost two decades, we have worked with more than 25,000 young people across Yorkshire. Recognised as the UK’s leading provider of choral music, we reach over 6,000 children each week through whole-class singing and melodica teaching, after-school choirs, and one-to-one vocal and instrumental lessons.

It is our belief that every child should have the opportunity to access and develop through music. To enable us to reach more children in some of the most deprived areas of Yorkshire please consider becoming a regular giver by completing our donation form and returning this via email to office@dioceseofleedsmusic.org.uk or via post to Diocese of Leeds Music, Cathedral House, Great George Street, Leeds, LS2 8BE.

£10 a month funds weekly school singing sessions for six children for an entire school year.
£15 a month supports performance opportunities and workshops in our after school choirs.
£20 a month helps support a child’s weekly individual singing or keyboard lessons for a year.
£50 a month supports weekly whole-class singing for an entire school year.

Our choirs feature in Sunday's @BBCSoP! Tune in this Sunday at 11.30am...meanwhile enjoy this clip of our Cathedral Junior Girls' Choir rehearsing with @revkatebottley @StGtG_CAT @theBWCAT

Please consider helping us to take over thirty young singers on a residential trip to sing with the Gabrieli Consort. The project includes a week-long residential at Oundle School, culminating in a performance of Mendelssohn’s Elijah in Ely Cathedral. https://dolmusic.uk/support-gabrieli-roar

!!Leeds Youth Music Festival Week 4!!
What an exciting week! Organs and choirs, CLYM groups and secondary school ensembles, LSMA instrumental day and, if that isn’t enough, there is a world premiere of an opera as well.

Good luck to all involved next week!
